2.2 Additional Employment contract with the same Employer for additional employment – Art.110 from the Labour code determines the additional work with the same Employer for another job beyond the normal working time defined in the Normal Employment contract between the parties. The Employment contracts concluded in compliance with art.110 are subject to registration with the National Revenue Agency.
2.3. Employment contract with another Employer for additional employment – Art.111 from the Labour code determines the additional work with another employer after finishing of the employment duties under the Normal Employment contract with the first Employer. For conclusion of the Employment contact for additional employment the consent of the first Employer usually is not needed. The Employment contracts concluded in compliance with art.111 are subject to registration with the National Revenue Agency.
