The Statutory requisites of the Employment contract in Bulgaria are:

-Data for the both parties;
-Place of work;
-Name of the position and essence of the working duties;
-Signature date and initiation of the working duties;
-Continuation of the Employment contract;
-Amount of the basic and the prolonged paid leaves per annum as well as the amount of the additional paid leaves per annum;
-Equal term for notification of termination for the both parties;
-Basic and additional fixed remuneration and the frequency of its payment;
-Duration of the working day or week;

Additionally to the statutory requisites, the Employment contract may also contain other provisions related to the rendering of work force, which are not settled imperatively by the Bulgarian labour legislation as well as conditions which are more favourable for the employee than those settled with the Collective Labour Agreement
