On 12th of March 2021, Law for amendment and supplement of the Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria act was promulgated, which envisages changes regarding the residence and work of foreigners, citizens of third countries.
Introduced:
- Startup visa for a high-tech or innovative project
- Short-term visas for multiple entry into Bulgaria
Relief at:
- Procedure for issuing a “Single Residence and Work Permit” to third-country nationals
- The application procedure will be carried out only before Directorate “Migration”
