When entering the final record in the employment record book, both the start date and the end date of the length of service should be recorded, as follows: from the date the employee commenced work with the current employer up to June 1, 2025.

If the employment relationship is terminated after this date, an electronic employment record for the termination must be submitted, and the termination is not to be recorded in the employment record book.
