Does length of service need to be included in the contract?

Yes, a good practise is to include the length of service in the employment contract together with the base salary. Only the base salary is declared with electronic record into the new register. For this purpose, in case you agree the salary in gross amount, you need to include information on the base salary and the length of service as well.
