An EU company, which intends to hire employees in Bulgaria can either incorporate a Bulgarian company or register itself as a foreign employer in Bulgaria. The registration procedure takes no longer than 14 calendar days and is very straightforward. Basically, the EU company needs to provide a company’s certificate which proves its existence and good standing at the current moment and it should not be older than 6 months.
