The problem

The processing of certificates for employees in each company is a daily task that takes about 7% of the time of the HR expert. This administrative task takes more than three days to be completed, involving the exchange of emails, questions and forms between an employee, an expert and an external provider.

At least it takes 72 hours, 3 parties involved, HR active participation:

  • The employee writes an email to HR
  • HR specifies the details: period he needs, whom to serve, the templete
  • HR send a request to the supplier, re-transmitting all details
  • The external company prepares the Certificate and sends it back to HR
  • HR prints it

The problem

The processing of leave requests in each company is a daily task that usually is time and paper intensive.

According to the Labor Code the paid annual leave is used by the employee with a written permission from the employer. In practice, the service of a written document is applied – request for leave. Based on this document, the employer issues and hands over to the employee an order for permission to leave.

The use of electronic systems greatly simplifies the request and approval process, but there are several remaining problems:

  • Proof of time of submission of the application – incoming number
  • Issuing an Оrder by the employer and signing it
  • Keeping the order in the employee’s file

Talking about the procedure for interrupting the use of leave, we must take into account the important practical significance of legal enforcement – proof of lawful interruption with or without the written consent of the other party.
