Scope of Service

Sb administers the full process of registration and management of employment relations on behalf of the foreign employer.

We provide:

Administrative registration of the foreign company with the National Revenue Agency (NRA)
Registration for the purposes of initiating an employment relationship
Ongoing maintenance and updates of the registration (address changes, manager changes, etc.)
Preparation and administration of employment contracts
Full payroll processing - calculation, filing and payment of social security contributions and taxes
Payments to employees, authorities and vendors with no requirement for the client to hold a Bulgarian bank account
Management of leave, sick leave, business travel and employee expenses
