Will the NRA require new authorization for those submitting the Unified Electronic Employment Records (UEER) — specifically for this electronic service?

It remains to be seen whether, once the register is established, an additional authorization procedure will be required in order to grant access to the service, i.e. integration of the new service into the digital signatures of authorized representatives.
