Which institution is responsible for establishing the Employment Register? When is the register expected to be created, and will there be a demo version available for familiarization prior to June 1, 2025? It is stipulated that by June 1, 2025, the Executive Director of the National Revenue Agency (NRA) must establish the Employment Register. At this time, it has not been announced whether a demo version will be available, nor is there public information on the current stage of development of the register. Certainly, the availability of a demo version would facilitate employers’ preparations. We are closely monitoring the matter and will keep you informed. As of today, no legislative changes have been adopted to extend the currently established deadlines.
