What happens if the employee is unable to determine their length of service on their own, or calculates it incorrectly and submits incorrect information to the employer?

The length of service, based on which the additional remuneration for length of service and professional experience is calculated, shall be determined by the employer, based on official supporting documents submitted by the employee.
