The HR manager was not able to perform her duties due to family reasons, while at the same time the most experienced local HR expert went into long term absence of leave. The company was in:
- An urgent need for a HR expert/manager that could take over the function in a month to ensure the business continuity
- Difficulties to find an expert with the needed qualification and experience in less than 3 months
- Additional obstacle for the planned staff growth of 200 new people for next year which was very likely to be postponed
