The regulations concerning the temporary work through a company, which ensures temporary placement, are being entered as a new section in the Labour Code.
\nThe most essential specific of the labour contract with such company is that it should state that the employer or the worker shall be sent by the employer to exercise temporary work in another company under his management and control. Under the force of such contract, the employer is obliged to ensure a temporary work to the employee and not to exercise this work as its own subject of activity. He guarantees successively to the employee or the worker temporary placement with other and different employees \u2013 users of work force. In every case of such sending to another company-user, the employer is obliged to take into consideration the professional qualification, the medical condition and the place of living of the employee.
\nBefore starting doing such activity for ensuring temporary placement, the company should first get registered in the Employment Agency.<\/p>\n
