On 24 March 2026, we hosted e-Future 3.0 by Sb – the annual spring event of Sb Accounting & Consulting that brings together the most relevant practical insights, emerging trends, and legislative developments that directly impact the day-to-day operations of businesses in Bulgaria. This year, the forum welcomed over 500 professionals across two key areas: Payroll & Human Resources and Statutory Accounting.
The e-Future 3.0 format featured two dedicated panels, built around real-world cases. Throughout the day, participants received clear guidance, practical examples, and actionable “how-to” takeaways – covering technology and digitalisation, process design and risk management, and the regulatory changes ahead in both fields.

The first part of the event focused on the future of Payroll & HR and the topics that are no longer“nice to know“, but essential for planning and sustainable growth:

The audience particularly valued the practical segment featuring real business examples – discussions on the transformation of the HR function, change management, and digitalisation as a tool for more resilient processes and better decision-making.
We were also honoured to welcome speakers who shared invaluable hands-on experience: Adelina Popova, HR Director at bTV; Marina Tokach, Director of People & Culture at Bosch Digital; Mincho Donev, Director of People & Culture at Chaos; and Tsanka Taneva, Bulgaria Country Manager at Evrotrust.
The panel concluded with an annual calendar of mandatory HR activities – a practical framework that helps teams plan with confidence and reduce the risk of omissions.

The afternoon panel focused on modern financial reporting and the transformation of the accounting function. The core message was clear: in an era of process automation and AI, accounting is no longer “just data processing”, it is becoming an early control system and a strategic compass for businesses.

“The Trust Builds Future” – the Unifying Theme at e-Future 3.0 by Sb
Beyond the agenda, the atmosphere of e-Future 3.0 once again showed why the event has become a tradition: meaningful exchange of experience among professionals and a shared perspective on the future.
e-Future also featured an exhibition from Sb’s social initiative “The Trust Builds Future”, created by children in disadvantaged backgrounds from the “Hidden Talents of Bulgaria” programme run by the NGO Operation Teddy Bear.
The exhibition added an emotional layer and a strong sense of social commitment to the event and its messages.
Throughout the day, we created space for networking and personal conversations, as well as fun photo moments – enhanced with AI as a keepsake for our guests. The event concluded with an impressive light show by a dance ensemble, delivering a strong emotional highlight and a symbolic close to the day, because light is what keeps us moving forward.
