The companies were chosen by Forbes in partnership with ToTheTop Agency. In the process of nominating the Employer of Choice, 13 thousand employees contributed their opinion in a 50-question based survey. The survey was licensed by the British company – Modern Management Consulting. For the second year in a row, the results of the survey have also been influenced by the current pandemic situation. According to Forbes Bulgaria, the employees had a preference for the companies that provided flexibility, financial stability, and a clear vision for the future. It comes at no surprise that people would prioritise stability in times of uncertainty.
