Amendments to the Bulgarian legislation concerning the rules and procedures for secondment of employees within the framework of the provision of services, entered into force in January 2021.
The changes are related to the transposition of Directive 2018/957/EU, which amends Directive 96/71/EC and are reflected in the ORDINANCE on the rules and procedures for posting and secondment of workers and employees within the framework of the provision of services.
