About Sb Accounting & Consulting – Our Company

Sb Accounting & Consulting is a modern, forward thinking accounting practice which was founded in the late 80′s of the last century by two partners – Mr. Tencho Yaramov, well known at that time Bulgarian CPA, and Mr. Lubomir Petrov – solidly accounting and finance experienced specialist.
During the years of expand, the ownership and the legal form of the company had changed. New partners have associated and the legal structure had been transferred from Limited Liability Company to Joint Stock Company.

Nowadays the company has significant shareholding capital and several partners with excellent experience into the field of Accountancy, Finance, Payroll, Business Taxation and many others.
Our corporate values lie on the grounds of customers’ dedication, personal approach (key account management), professional support and a constant desire of improvement and growth. Our clients’ feedback has proved to us that we are a progressive, forward thinking and highly professional company but despite all this, we truly believe that tomorrow we can be better than today and that today we are better than we were yesterday. Over the years we have demonstrated to our clients that our extensive experience in the accounting & tax services together with our knowledge and passion to constantly exceed their expectations are our top priorities.

In commitment with the high standards of work, here, at our office we always try to improve the service towards our clients and partners, therefore since year 2000 Sb Accounting & Consulting is in full compliance with the requirements of Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance for maintaining the Standard for Accounting services ISO 9001:2008.

Also, for increasing the effectiveness and the optimization of the processes of inputs and outputs within the company, in year 2008 we implemented in-house owned and web based ERP/CRM system and since then the most part of the communication between the clients and us is automated, fully secured and online based. Moreover, during the year 2010 we successfully developed our own web based Payroll Solution to handle with the constantly increasing demand of the Bulgarian market and currently we successfully handle payroll process outsourcing for more than 4000 pay-slips per month.
The achievements reached by Sb Accounting & Consulting for its existing of more than twenty years could be evaluated as significant ones. Nevertheless, we do realise there is always a field for improvement. Thus we are looking at the future and always try to keep up to date with the new technologies and demands of the global market. Strictly following our corporate mission and core values, nowadays we are fully orientated towards delivering services and products from a new generation to our clients.
